This Years Conference Theme

We have chosen our Theme for our 4th Annual Stronger Nations Conference. Our Theme is Métis Education, Culture and Resources. We have chosen this theme because as Métis Woman and Moms of Métis Children we feel that more information and collaboration can occur in this area. We have searched all over Canada to attend an event or workshop that would increase our own knowledge in Métis Education, Culture and Resources and have found little to no opportunities to collaborate with others to share collective knowledge, and celebrate Métis Education, Culture and Resources.

So we have decided to host an event for others that are looking for the same information and connections that we are. We are doing this to not only best support our own Métis children, but for other professionals that also work with Métis children, youth, families and communities. We are looking forward to the connections and collaboration at this Métis Education, Culture and Resource Conference (May 4th and 5th 2017, in Vancouver – British Columbia) and the Relationships that will be established with each other from all disciplines and professions as we move towards Reconciliation in Canada, through our Shared Stories and Collective Knowledge.

Early Bird Registration is set to Open: December 1st, 2016

Our Call out for Presenters and Cultural Performances will open mid November, 2016

Please stay connected with us for updates, or Contact Us if you would like to Run a workshop on Métis Education, Culture or Resources.
